Tuscan Kale and Infused Olive Oils and Vinegars

Pair your favorite kale with your preference of oil and vinegar, or try a new pairing to branch out and mix things up!

Select your kale

  1. Curly Kale
  2. Lacinato/Tuscan Kale
  3. Redbor Kale 
  4. Russian Kale

Pair with: 
Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar with Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
OR
Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar with Persian Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions: 
  1. Remove thick stems from kale leaves. Cut into strips or bite-sized pieces. 
  2. Pour oil and vinegar over the kale.
  3. Massage with your hands. Massaging the kale will break it down and release its natural flavor.
